Mr. Godwin has been successfully involved in financial institution related litigation and work out matters. Throughout this period, Mr. Godwin has become well versed in dealing with lenders and the problems that might arise out of this relationship. Mr. Godwin has brought hundreds of lawsuits (on behalf of financial institution clients) to enforce the various terms of lending agreements and/or mortgages and has defended lenders in wrongful foreclosure actions.
